Arbor is committed to assisting its borrowers and their tenants whose incomes have been significantly impacted by COVID-19. We’ve therefore launched a special initiative called the Arbor Rental Assistance Program (ARAP). This unique program continues to receive special recognition and we are proud of its efforts and our ARAP Partners, who’ve joined us to help preserve the essential multifamily ecosystem during these unprecedented times. What is ARAP program?
