Thank you for your interest in the Bristol-Myers Squibb Patient Assistance Foundation (BMSPAF) ERBITUX® (Cetuximab) Patient Assistance Program. This program is designed to provide assistance based on financial need and the absence of insurance coverage to patients who are currently receiving or planning to receive ERBITUX therapy. To be eligible, patients must not have outpatient prescription drug assistance through Medicaid, Medicare, or any other public or private health care or insurance program, and must not be appealing any denial of insurance coverage for ERBITUX therapy.
