Your CoaguChek ® Patient Benefit Card will cover up to $150 towards the cost of a CoaguChek ® XS kit or CoaguChek ® INRange kit. Simply present your card to the pharmacy of your choice and ask for a CoaguChek ® XS kit or CoaguChek ® INRange kit. This card is good for one use.
