Grant applications are accepted throughout the year and are considered at the next scheduled Trustee meeting. The Trustees meet three times per year. The deadlines for receipt of applications before each meeting are: February 15, June 15, and October 15. Applications are due by midnight on each of the deadline dates.

Financial Assistance is available only for emergency and medically necessary services. It does not apply to elective procedures such as cosmetic surgery. It also does not apply to the portion of your services that have been paid for by a third party such as an insurance company or government program.
