For eligible cash patients, Eisai will pay up to $60 per prescription for a maximum of $720 per year . Commercially insured and cash patients could have additional financial responsibility for any amounts over Eisai's maximum liability.
Is a fycoma card valid for prescriptions?
Not valid for prescriptions for FYCOMPA® or any other product reimbursed in full by third-party payers. May not be combined with any other discount or offer. Federal law prohibits the selling, purchasing, trading, or counterfeiting of this card. Void outside the USA and where prohibited by law.
