Important Risk Information. Serostim is an injectable prescription medicine used to treat HIV-positive patients with wasting or cachexia. Serostim can only be used by people receiving treatment for the HIV infection.

Saizen is a prescription medicine that is used to treat growth hormone deficiency (GHD) in children and adults.
