Unappreciated

It’s a crash course training that doesn’t prepare you for the roadblock ahead. You spend more time delivering bad news than being able to help. Most callers are irate. Supervisors are forced to push teams to do more than what their pay rate compensates each pay period. You get drafted on teams that remove employee resources like VTO.

Room for improvement

Not a bad company to work for but not worth staying at if you don't eventually progress to a higher position. Lower positions are subject to high turnover which results in management relying to heavily on the best workers.

Okay pay, terrible work culture

It was an okay job. Hours were terrible though. Management was a bit... messy. There really wasnt a work culture. It was more like high school. Managers have their CLEAR favorites. There was a ton of drama and “cliques”. The peole over the supervisory team were rarely on campus. I didn’t hate the job, but I wouldn’t go back by preference.

Worst job I've ever had

Worst career choice I've ever made. Upper management has no direction for the company and continually change their minds. There was a department meeting where they actually joked about how terrible the company culture was. Avoid this company unless you enjoy constant problems.

Supportive environment

I started working here near the beginning of the pandemic, from home full time. Management is always working to help you succeed, and team members are happy to provide assistance when needed. There’s a learning curve to the job, but someone is always willing to steer you in the right path.

Wonderful Company & People- Terrible Training

I absolutely loved the team i worked with. Management was supportive and offered advancement. That being said, for such a highly regulated and policy affecting position, the training and assistance for doing your actual job is non- existing.

Expensive Out of Pocket Medical Benefits and Dismal Quarterly Bonuses

Great Company

Meet people, great environment, nice equipment, and plenty of parking.

Fast Paced Environment, High Achievers

Strong Teams. Good people. Good work life balance. Overall positive experience with the company. I would recommend to work here - be sure to 'interview your proposed team' to determine a good fit.

Not good for mental health

Getting cussed at, always giving bad news to patients, low pay, tied to the computer and forces to answer back to back called with only 6 seconds or less inbetween. Poor training. Took 3 months just to train and they didn’t even cover 1/4th of the stuff we would actually need to know.

Excellent company, employee-focused

Excellent benefits, very focused on employees’ health and well-being. Proactive health care company that puts its money where its mouth is.
