Eligible commercial patients pay $4 per fill for TOPAMAX ® (topiramate). There is a $150 limit for each 30-day supply. There is a $1,800 maximum program benefit per calendar year. Not valid for patients using Medicare, Medicaid, or other government-funded programs to pay for their medications.
