Overall ok
Overall it was an ok job. The type of calls you receive are a bit stressful but you figured out how to manage after a while. Hours were fine usually day shift hours.
No Room For Growth
There is blatant favoritism, very few skills that can transfer to other positions, an overload of irrelevant meetings and heavy workloads. There is a lot of gatekeeping and unless you go out of your way, your work will not be acknowledged.
Management
Management was really bad and they showed there favorites They worked you while they sit and do nothing. Training was awful. They expected you to learn with a lot of information in one week.

McKesson was a great company to work for. It was a team atmosphere. Goals were realistic. Scheduling was perfect. We worked all around the country from the convince of our home.

Phone based customer service for medical billing, coding, friendly atmosphere, fast paced, high productivity expectations. Work closely with co-workers to achieve goals.

I haven’t worked there in a long time but when I did it was a mess. Management was very insensitive. The only thing that mattered was not letting customers hold. It didn’t matter what was going on with you personally, just do your work. They were understaffed, the employees underpaid, and management did not show any empathy for any situation.
Hated my job here so much, it encouraged me to further my education
Leaving the PSL location was the best decision of my life. The people there are only worried about the companies profit off of you. Nothing more. I would never recommend anyone to work there.
