Does Meritus Health have follow my health?
Meritus Health will no longer add or update information to the FollowMyHealth patient portal. As of Aug. 29, you will no longer be able to send communication to your provider via Follow My Health. All of your Meritus Health records from prior to Sept. 1, 2018 will still be accessible in the FollowMyHealth portal and you will still receive health information from non-Meritus Health providers.

How Does EAP Work?
If you are experiencing difficulty managing life issues, you may contact a counselor by calling 800-635-2774, 301-766-7600, or 301-766-7615. An appointment will be scheduled with same or next day availability. In person or phone appointments available from 10-45 minutes in duration.
Is EAP Confidential?
Absolutely! Any information you share with the counselor remains confidential. No information will be released to anyone, including your employer, without your written consent, or as required by law. Future job advancement will not be affected by your participation in EAP.
