MULTAQ ® is a prescription medicine used to lower the chance that you would need to go into the hospital for an irregular heart rhythm called atrial fibrillation (AFIB). It is meant for people with certain types of AFIB (paroxysmal or persistent AFIB) who have had AFIB in the past but are now in normal rhythm. Not an actual patient.
