Determination of Eligibility for the Financial Assistance Program is made based on review of a complete application and supporting documents, including proof of income, assets, and liabilities. TYVASO (treprostinil) is a prescription medicine used in adults to treat pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH; WHO Group 1), which is high blood pressure in the arteries of your lungs. TYVASO can improve the ability to exercise. Your ability to exercise decreases 4 hours after taking TYVASO.

TYVASO is a pulmonary and systemic vasodilator. In patients with low systemic arterial pressure, TYVASO may produce symptomatic hypotension.
