The PERTZYE Co-Pay Assistance Program (the “Co-pay Program”) may pay for eligible out-of-pocket medication, up to $17,280 per calendar year. After reaching the maximum Co-pay Program benefit, the patient will be responsible for any remaining out-of-pocket costs incurred during that calendar year.

Can you take Pertzye with other enzymes?

Take PERTZYE capsules exactly as your doctor tells you. You should not switch PERTZYE with any other pancreatic enzyme product without first talking with your doctor. Don’t take more capsules in a day than the number your doctor tells you to take (total daily dose).

Can you crush Pertzye?

PERTZYE capsules should be swallowed whole. Do not crush or chew the PERTZYE capsules or their contents, and do not hold the capsule or capsule contents in your mouth.

Is Pertzye safe for children?

PERTZYE capsules contain a mixture of digestive enzymes, including lipases, proteases, and amylases, from pig pancreas. PERTZYE is safe and effective in children and adults when taken as prescribed by your doctor. Your doctor has sent your Pertzye® prescription to Transition Pharmacy to be filled through the Pertzye® Care Program. Under this program, a patient advocate will work to fill your Pertzye® prescription at the lowest possible price, with the added convenience of home delivery and the assurance that Pertzye® is in stock.
