PSI shall assist all eligible, financially needy patients on a first-come, first-served basis to the extent funding is available. Patients shall not be eligible for assistance unless they meet PSI’s financial need eligibility criteria and the patient has been diagnosed with a disease covered by the fund. PSI shall provide assistance on a fund-by-fund basis that is based on a reasonable, verifiable, and uniform measure of financial need that is applied to all patients within the fund in a consistent manner.
