Can Repatha cause kidney problems?
No, Repatha isn't known to cause liver or kidney problems. But it isn't clear if liver enzyme levels were monitored in people who took the drug in studies. A 2014 study and a 2020 study showed that PCSK9 inhibitors such as Repatha caused slightly increased liver enzyme levels.
