Who can apply for the Repatha ® copay card?
The Repatha ® Copay Card is open to patients with commercial insurance, regardless of financial need. The program is not valid for patients whose Repatha ® prescription is paid for in whole or in part by Medicare, Medicaid, or any other federal or state programs. It is not valid for cash-paying patients or where prohibited by law.

Who is not eligible for the Repatha® program?

Does Repatha reduce plaque in arteries?
Previous studies include GLAGOV which showed Repatha, when added to optimal statin therapy, reduced plaque burden by decreasing plaque atheroma volume in patients with CAD. This was the first study to demonstrate that lowering LDL-C levels through PCSK9 inhibition reduces atherosclerotic plaque burden.
Who should not use Repatha?
It is not known if REPATHA is safe and effective in children with HoFH who are younger than 13 years of age or in children who do not have HoFH. Who should not use REPATHA? Do not use REPATHA if you are allergic to evolocumab or to any of the ingredients in REPATHA.
