How To Use
This medication is taken by mouth usually 3 times day at least one hour before meals or two hours after meals. Take this as directed. Do not increase your dose, take this more often than prescribed or stop taking this without first consulting your doctor.
Side Effects
Loss of taste or stomach upset may occur. If these symptoms continue or become bothersome, inform your doctor. Notify your doctor if you experience: fever, sore throat, chills, bruising, skin rash, itching, muscle aches. With long-term treatment, wrinkling of the skin has been reported.
Precautions
Tell your doctor if you have: anemia, blood disorders, any allergies. This medication should not be used during pregnancy unless clearly needed. Discuss the risks and benefits with your doctor. It is recommended to discontinue breast-feeding while taking this medication. Consult your doctor.
