Vivitrol2gether is a customized patient support services program to help you and your patients in their recovery journey from opioid dependence or alcohol dependence throughout fulfillment and transition of care. With Vivitrol2gether, you choose the VIVITROL fulfillment features that work best to support your patients.
Who qualifies for VIVITROL?
You are 18 years or older. You are not using any federal or state healthcare programs to pay for your VIVITROL prescription. You are being treated for alcohol dependence or opioid dependence.

How do you administer VIVITROL injection?
The recommended dose of VIVITROL is 380 mg delivered intramuscularly every 4 weeks or once a month. The injection should be administered by a healthcare professional as an intramuscular (IM) gluteal injection, alternating buttocks for each subsequent injection, using the carton components provided (2 and 16.1).
Can medical assistants give Vivitrol injections?

How long should Vivitrol be used?
