Patient Assistance Program (PAP) Application YONSA SUPPORT® will initiate a benefits investigation (BI) of your patient’s insurance coverage for YONSA®. If applicable, YONSA SUPPORT® will research eligibility for the YONSA SUPPORT® PAP for non-insured, functionally uninsured, and underinsured patients.

Patients with commercial health insurance who qualify to participate can pay as little as $10 per month for one YONSA® prescription. The maximum benefit allowed under the Program is $12,000 in each calendar year and no more than $5,000 for each individual prescription filled.
