Does copay assistance count towards out-of-pocket maximum?
If a patient pays their co-pay directly, it counts toward their deductible or out-of-pocket maximum. Under co-pay accumulators, that same amount does not count toward deductibles or out-of-pocket maximums if paid on behalf of the patient by a third party.

- This is a potent medication. Take it exactly as prescribed. Unless your doctor instructs you otherwise, drink plenty of fluids to avoid dehydration. Contact your doctor if you vomit shortly after taking your dose.
Side Effects

Drug Interactions

Overdose
- If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of overdose may include severe nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, fever, and weakness.
Notes
- Regular doctor visits are important. Keep all medical appointments. Blood tests will be done to monitor your progress.
Missed Dose
- Take the dose as soon as remembered but if it is almost time to take your next dose, skip the missed dose and resume your regular dosing schedule. Do not double dose to catch up.
