i’m new to humira. (i just hit my three month mark) for ulcerative colitis. i’ve managed to do my injections myself this far, but it’s gotten more and more difficult every time mentally. it’s to the point where i have full like panic attacks and dark thoughts. the ‘id rather just suffer or be sick’ etc.

My case as of now is supposedly pretty mild but the arthritec I’ve been on is causing stomach issues so they need to put me on something else.

This is the third pen that has been leaking on me, and the second time where the chamber appeared half full, meaning substantial medication leakage. I’ve already told my doctor and Abbvie but I really don’t want this to keep happening. I’m only on 40mg but I really need that full dose for symptom relief (I have colitis, costochondritis, and AS).
