I received my first call from the office (I applied to back in July 2021) a couple days ago and my first appointment to meet with the doctor is near the end of this month. I'm super excited and nervous. I hope to browse the forum a bit more so I can learn what to expect going forward in my recovery.

Spravato is such a hit and miss but I tried something yesterday

I watched nature documentary while I was on the treatment and I did feel like better today. I have almost given up on feeling better after a month. I felt initial boost at the first two doses and then gradually lost the feelings…but yesterday 8th treatment was successful in my mind, however, they have to ask the insurance to renew every two weeks.

Muted Feelings?

I started in July so coming up on 3 months (with an insurance-related hiatus), and I have been astounded by the life changing results. But I noticed tonight that my emotional range seems to be much narrower. Things that on the past triggered strong positive emotion (like a song) are just not. I don’t feel what I used to feel.

Bathroom during session ?

So I had my first session Monday. The center I went to is in the third floor and in order to go to the bathroom you have to go outside the center across the hall way. The attendant said if I need to use the bathroom she would have to wheelchair me.

9 Month update

i have started on 56mg twice a week for a month, then once a week for a month, then twice a month. and now once every 3 weeks. my improvement is clear to my friends and family. I think it did the trick. but apparantly most patients dont do it for longer than 6 months.

I feel I like I built up tolerance immediately after the first two sessions. In the first session, I can tell my hands felt like they weren’t mine and they were bigger than reality but the sensation was not there after the two treatments.

TMS and spravato

I wonder if anyone here has tried to use both TMS and spravato at the same same. Is it worth it?
