How to Use
- Take this medication by mouth with food or a full glass of milk or water (8oz. or 240 ml) as directed by your doctor. The dosage is based on your medical condition and response to therapy. Overdose

- Do not share this medication with others. Laboratory and/or medical tests may be performed to monitor for side effects or response to treatment. If you have diabetes, this medication may affect your blood sugar and may cause false test results with some urine glucose tests (e.g., Clinistix, Clinitest). Check with your doctor before adjusting the dose of your diabetes medicine.
Missed Dose
- If you miss a dose, use it as soon as you remember. If it is near the time of the next dose, skip the missed dose and resume your usual dosing schedule. Do not double the dose to catch up.
