ORENCIA may be used alone or with methotrexate (MTX). ORENCIA is used to reduce signs and symptoms of active Psoriatic Arthritis in adults 18 years and older. In adults, ORENCIA may be used alone or with other PsA treatments. ORENCIA should not be used with other strong medicines that affect the immune system, such as bDMARDs and JAK inhibitors.
