How do I qualify for cancer treatment in Florida?
Be actively undergoing cancer treatment in Florida or within 90 days of your final treatment date. Eligible treatment is chemotherapy, radiation, immunotherapy, hormone therapy, and stem cell transplants. Have an annual household income at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines – see table below.
